Nous recherchons un Manager of Quality In-Process pour rejoindre notre département Qualité sur le site de Mohamdia. Manager terrain, vous êtes en charge de la gestion de l'équipe quality In-Process composée de 10 personnes travaillant dans les salles blanches. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities Gestion des déviations  - Approbation des non-conformités internes  - Préparation des KPI’s  - Gestion des CAPA process  - Gestion des DMP (demande de modification provisoire )  Management des Processus - Assurer la conformité des pratiques du site aux exigences ISO, incluant les normes applicables aux processus, et les exigences clients (ex : BPF applicables) et les documents SMQ. - Maintenir et suivre les indicateurs qualité. Documentation management  - Approuver la documentation liée au processus de fabrication de produit pour le site, et assurer la conformité des documents qualité aux exigences applicables.   Audit Management - Participation aux audits internes, audits clients et organismes notifiés en collaboration avec les responsables concernés. - Faire des audites interne pour assurer la conformité du processus Formations Qualité - Assurer l’organisation et le suivi des formations Qualité. - Veiller au bon déroulement des qualifications du personnel et veille au maintien des qualifications conformément aux procédures en vigueur.   Gestion des changements  - Traitement et validation des vérifications documentaires liée aux changements process et/ou Product lors des transfert des nouveaux produits. - Validation des Change Request.   Gestion des projets - Participation à des projets de transfert produit ( FMEA) et autre projet du site. - Piloter  des projets suite change process ( Change Control process, Préparation des FMEA , DFMEA , analyse d’impact  ). What will convince us Diplôme d'ingénieur Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un environnement similaire requis Maîtrise des pratiques de qualité et des procédures de sécurité Connaissance de la réglementation Bonnes aptitudes au leadership Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, capacité de planification à court et à long terme, et sens de l'organisation requis Maîtrise de l'anglais (lu, écrit et parlé) - Niveau B1 minimum Capacité à prioriser et à gérer les tâches Maîtrise des outils informatiques About Sartorius  Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
