We are seeking a highly motivated Application Scientist to join us for developing and validating scientific applications for Sartorius’ analytical platforms, contributing to innovation, customer value, and the expansion of our product application. Main Responsibilities & Tasks Design, execute and analyze experiments to develop new applications for Sartorius BioAnalytics platforms. Generate high-quality scientific data, publications, and application notes to highlight platform capabilities. Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to define product requirements and identify new application areas. Contribute to the validation and optimization of new application, instruments, consumables and workflows. Develop technical content such as posters, white papers, and webinars to support launched and scientific marketing. Represent Sartorius at Scientific conferences, customer visits and workshops. Provide internal training to colleagues in R&D, marketing and technical support. Qualifications & Skills Ph.D. (preferred) or M.Sc. with equivalent industry experience in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology or related life science area. Hands-on experience in protein characterization, molecular interaction analysis, or cell-based assays. Demonstrated track record of scientific publications, application development, or technology innovation. Ability to translate customer research needs into new application concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as well as within cross-functional teams.
