Job Title: People Project Manager Location: Cambridge (Hybrid, 50% working time at the office) Employment Type: Full time - Fixed term contract The job You will be leading projects which have an impact both internally to the People team and externally to the business. This role manages projects which contribute towards transformational change or enable the People team to support the business through significant change.  You will manage projects of low to medium complexity and / or support larger programmes led by a Senior Project Manager. You will also support People team colleagues to initiate their own projects, providing tools and guidance, as well as lead or participate in People team initiatives related to continuous improvement. The role is goal oriented and requires collaboration and creativity to navigate a variety of projects. Key responsibilities Ensure all projects are delivered on time, to scope, within budget and to the required standard Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to closure Manage workstreams within wider programmes Create and maintain high quality project documents Collaborate to solve problems, ensure stakeholders are engaged and communication and change management are well planned and delivered Essential requirements Strong relationship building and influencing skills. Experience of managing projects within a People Team (HR) environment.
