Locations: S ã o Paulo or CDMX Hybrid: 3 times a week in the office.   Responsibilities - You will do:   - Follow-up and engage with local partners on demand to make sure that their requests are fulfilled. - Follow-up on leads assigned by the respective PPM. - Initial point of contact for any business-related or operational requests from the partners. - Keep partners informed about relevant events, opportunities, releases, enablement material, programs updates, and any other initiatives from AVEVA. - Identify and coordinate valid opportunities and requests for lighthouse engagement. - Support local activities, including order fulfillment and marketing initiatives. - Find and explore growth of opportunities though x-sell and upsell, as well as threats and risks that should be mitigate as soon as possible. - Encourage and support partners to upgrade their engagement to Certified (or even Endorsed) levels of higher engagement with AVEVA. - Describes and support access to the Development Package(s) required for each partner. - Manage application opportunities in SFDC, including direct pipeline (direct) as well as influenced pipeline (indirect).   Requirements - You will have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar Great communication skills Fluency in English, and Spanish (Portuguese is a Plus) Technical knowledge about the main offers from the AVEVA portfolio (Engineering, Operation, Optimization, and CONNECT) 1+ experience with software sales, technology roles, or similar Effectiveness executing pre-defined procedures and initiative to improve them   AVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.  Background checks will be conducted in accordance with local laws and may, subject to those laws,  include proof of educational attainment, employment history verification, proof of work authorization, criminal records, identity verification, credit check.  Certain positions dealing with sensitive and/or third party personal data may involve additional background check criteria.
