States considered: All in ET or CT Role Description POSITION SUMMARY The Strategic Portfolio Management Office has a unique opportunity within the ZTD PMO for an experienced Platform Lead. This role will be responsible for defining the utilization of Clarity, our new strategic portfolio and project management platform.  This role will enable portfolio management, project management, delivery execution, and value realization for a $100M technology portfolio. This role supports the Head of Portfolio and Project Management, SR&G Leadership team, ZTD Leadership Team, Strategy & Operations Leads,  ZTD portfolio leads, resource managers, and project managers POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Portfolio Planning Lead on the implementation of Clarity releases. Own the configuration of the Clarity platform in support of portfolio, project and product management and financial needs, including data and reporting needs. Leverage extensive experience to support our planning process, portfolio governance, our delivery framework, and project management processes, including annual planning, project estimating, portfolio prioritization, demand management, financial management, resource management, scenario modeling, and value tracking. Address all reporting needs, including the development of a self-service reporting capability. Act as the technology application owner for the enterprise, ensuring security requirements, compliance guidelines, and service level agreements are met. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 7+ years of experience working in a portfolio management and/or PMO function. Extensive experience with Clarity, implementation experience is preferred. Strong understanding of the portfolio, project and product management functions, including planning, financial management, resource management, project estimating, portfolio prioritization, demand management, scenario modeling, and value tracking. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS. Familiarity with the functioning of a PMO. Ability to address unique reporting needs as required. Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner. Proven ability to train and support the user community. Strong customer service orientation and a can-do attitude. Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and execute in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with the ability to view the larger picture. Highly motivated, accountable, collaborative, and self-directed. Must be able to communicate well with colleagues at all levels of the organization TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Direct accountability for managing a Clarity Platform. Planning and executing platform upgrades. Troubleshooting performance and stability issues. Release management coordination. Building custom reports (Jaspersoft, Power BI, Tableau). Deep Functional knowledge – Roadmapping, Timesheet, Resource and Capacity Management Configuration and Administration – User management, access controls, security roles, customizing objects, attributes, portlets, and dashboards, setting up workflows, notifications and approval processes.  PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS Travel Requirements: <10% The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$151,000 . Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
