The Platform Developer is responsible for delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions for the International Salesforce platform at Exact Sciences. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining business-critical capabilities across development, test, and production environments. The holder of this role, by working closely with Technical Leads, Business Analysts and the Quality Engineering team, will also contribute to the delivery of new features, enhancements, and fixes on time and with minimal risk, while maintaining platform stability, performance, and compliance. This role will be able to resolve most issues and problems effectively with minimal oversight, communicate effectively with business stakeholders.   Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Participate in the software development lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Deliver medium to high complexity Salesforce functionality including business logic implementation, asynchronous processing, custom frameworks, integration via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events, and complex Apex classes, triggers, workflows, validation rules, formulas, and process automation. Deliver Salesforce frontend functionality including Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, user interface customization, and responsive design. Contribute to the development of engineering standards, best practices, and reusable components. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Salesforce development and apply relevant innovations to the platform. Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as needed. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization. Minimum Qualifications: Fluency in English (C1 or above per CEFR framework) with the ability to communicate on technical topics relating to the software development process. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other field related to the essential duties of the position; or high school degree/ 4 th level vocational qualification in IT and 4 years of relevant experience related to the essential duties of the position in lieu of Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of software development experience with building cloud-based applications using Salesforce and other cloud technologies. 2+ years of proficiency in Saleforce.com development, covering both backend and frontend functionality, using Apex Triggers, Apex Controllers, Visual Force Page / Lightning, SOQL & SOSL, Schedule, and Batch & Queueable jobs. 2+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, WSDL, XML, XQuery, XSD, SOAP, REST, and WSDL. Authorization to work in Poland without visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, JavaScript Developer I Experience in building and maintaining processes in Informatica Cloud. Experience with web application development using Java Technologies. Understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Experience in molecular biology, genomics, translational science, and/or personalized medicine. Superior technical communication skills. Knowledge of other European languages (French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish) and/or Japanese. #LI-BP1 Salary Range: 138 000,00 zł - 228 000,00 zł   The annual base salary shown is for this position located in PL - Warsaw on a full-time basis. This range reflects base salary only. The position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus under applicable company plans.
