Clinical Documentation experience is strongly preferred. Key Criteria Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Documentation Improvement Specialist in a hospital setting and have previous experience with 3M Encoder Systems. Prior experience with training clinical staff and peers is strongly preferred. Qualified candidates have a bachelor's degree. Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Physician Assistant or trained Physician background or training required.  Experience working in an Electronic Medical Record environment is required.
