The PVU Teach Program & Operations Coordinator, under the general supervision of the Directors of the PVU Teach program, provides comprehensive fiscal management, administrative leadership, and operational coordination to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of the PVU Teach Program. This position is funded by a grant or restricted funds. Continued employment is contingent on the renewal of grant or restricted funding. Responsibilities: Program Coordination & Recruitment: Plans and implements recruitment events (some evenings and weekends); coordinates Step 1 and Step 2 course logistics; manages clinical placement paperwork and background checks with K-12 school district partners; organizes program-wide events. Fiscal & Business Management: Monitors budgets across multiple funding sources; processes procurement for STEM classroom supplies; manages disbursement of scholarships, internships, tuition rebates, and stipends. Data Management & Compliance: Maintains PVU Teach documents and database; compiles data for annual reports and site visits; ensures adherence to university and UTeach Institute operational guidelines. General Administration: Serves as primary point of contact for the PVU Teach office; supervises office student workers; coordinates internal and external communications; provides executive support to Program Co-Directors. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in applicable field. Two years of related experience. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Other Requirements: May work some evenings and weekends.
