In this role, the Imaging Technologist is responsible for the preparation and execution of MR procedures. You’ll have an exciting opportunity to warmly greet & welcome   patients/visitors/staff   & assist radiologists and other physicians in performing exams when necessary. Additional duties include to assess patient condition, produce good quality radiographic images, & ensure adherence to safety standards. This positions is located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist, also providing cross-coverage for CCH as needed. This is a part-time position covering MR services: Sunday 12:00pm - 12:00am Wednesday 6:00pm -12:00am Thursday 6:00pm - 12:00am Now offering competitive sign-on bonus up to $10,000: Experiential bonus commensurate with experience New graduates eligible Preferred Criteria: N.Y. State Department of Health IV Certification ARRT Advanced Modality certification - MR Required Criteria: High School Diploma or equivalent Graduate from an accredited program in the school of Radiologic Technology Must obtain at least 24 continuing education credits every 2 years as per ARRT requirements N.Y.
