Position Overview The Enterprise portfolio intern, supports the Enterprise Program Management Office in advancing project, portfolio, and resource management capabilities. A large component will be the effective design and use of Smartsheet solutions. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to design, build, implement, and sustain Smartsheet-based platforms. The role also contributes to AI capabilities and decision-support insights. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Implement and build Smartsheet solutions, utilizing Control Center and other premium features. Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility and insights on our project portfolios. Contribute to AI automation and insight solutions leveraging Smartsheet and other tools Proactivity identify and help implement ways to increase adoption and client satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with all organizational levels. Fosters and builds a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders Ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities within and across multiple projects at the same time. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures. Regular and reliable attendance. Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day. Ability and means to travel between local facilities. Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Experience with Smartsheet Moderate proficiency with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
