Du begeisterst unsere Kund*innen mit kompetenter Beratung und einem Gespür für ihre Wünsche. Du übernimmst Verantwortung an der Kasse, unterstützt bei Inventuren und packst bei Lieferungen mit an. Du sorgst für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation, füllst Regale rechtzeitig nach und achtest auf unser Markenbild. Du arbeitest zielorientiert und hast unsere Verkaufszahlen sowie wichtige KPIs im Blick. Profil: Du bist eine natürliche Führungspersönlichkeit: dein Team vertraut dir und lässt sich von dir motivieren. Kund*innen stehen bei dir im Mittelpunkt: du reagierst empathisch, positiv und lösungsorientiert. Du kommunizierst klar und offen, ob im Team oder mit anderen Abteilungen, du hörst zu und bringst dich ein. Flexibilität ist für dich selbstverständlich: du bleibst auch bei Veränderungen oder Stresssituationen fokussiert und anpassungsfähig.
