Nurse Practitioner - GYN Oncology Urology Services - Queens Medical Group In this role, the Nurse Practitioner provides health care to GYN Oncology Urology patients in collaboration with the providers. Responsibilities include the delivery of care within the Medical and Surgical divisions, in accordance with the agreed upon Practice Protocols and Nurse Practitioner Clinical Practice Agreement. Acts within the policies and procedures established by the Division of Nursing, service department, and NewYork Presbyterian Queens Medical Group. This is a full-time day shift position located in Fresh Meadows. Preferred Criteria: Surgical and Oncology experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients effectively. Required Criteria: Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner. Current New York State License as Nurse Practitioner. Current New York State RN license. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from a New York State approved accrediting body – American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
