Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans. Cet apprentissage consistera à : - Atteindre les objectifs du projet (temps, portée, coût, qualité) à la satisfaction du client conformément aux règles et réglementations internes et externes. - Définir, mettre en œuvre et piloter l'équipe/l'organisation de projet pendant les phases du projet, y compris les personnes provenant d'autres fonctions (organisation matricielle). - S'assurer de la bonne intégration des leçons apprises. Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. Tâches et responsabilités : Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : ● Animer l’équipe projet ● Organiser la mise en œuvre du projet et de ses différentes composantes ● Piloter et rendre compte de l’avancement des différentes actions Compétences & Prérequis : Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans. Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : - Leadership - Lean - Industrie aéronautique - Rigueur et autonomie - Constance et pugnacité - Esprit d’équipe et capacité à vous adapter Compétences linguistiques attendues : Anglais : intermédiaire Français : courant Notre processus de sélection L’étude des candidatures est réalisée par un recruteur.
