The Nurse Practitioner provides quality and comprehensive care & services to patients; collaborates with the physician in Orthopedic/Sports Medicine and is willing to learn various procedures.   The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the management of care for a specified group of patients in accordance with mutually agreed upon protocols and within the policies and procedures established by the Department of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, and NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group (NYPMG).  This is a full time (40 hour/week) position. Hours vary from 7AM - 6pm.   Must be flexible and able to travel to all three practice locations: •    1985 Crompond Road Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 •    35 S. Riverside Avenue Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520 •    1756 Route 9D Cold Spring, NY 10516 Preferred Criteria : •    National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty of practice. •    1+ years of NP experience preferably in Orthopedics. •    Administering various injections  Required Criteria: •    BSN •    Master’s Degree in specialty of practice or completed alternative certification requirements for graduates of nurse practitioner programs prior to April 1, 1989. •    Current NYS RN License. •    Current New York State License as Nurse Practitioner in area of practice. •    Basic Life Support through the AHA Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
