Job Description: Ihre Aufgaben Leitung des Teams „SSPA & Digital RF Assembly“ mit Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsverantwortung Bereitstellung, Koordination und Management der Ressourcen für den Aufbau SSPA & Digital RF Produkte Support bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Produktionssystemen nach Standards und Sicherstellung der Hochlaufphase neuer Produkte Optimierung der Produktionskapazitäten und des Wertstromabschnitts sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Fertigungs- und Prüfmethoden Selbstständige Planung der Personalkapazität sowie benötigte Qualifikationen auf Basis von Vertriebsprognosen und Produktionsplan Einholung und fachliche Führung von externem Support zur Abfederung vorübergehender Auslastungsspitzen Anwendung und Einhaltung von Qualitätskontrollprozessen Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Anpassung des Wertstromdesgins inkl. Fertigungstechnologien in enger Abstimmung mit Industrial Setup & Performance sowie Development & Design (DtC, DfM) Ihre Qualifikation Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Meister- / Techniker-Ausbildung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung in der Fertigung von HF-Verstärkerbaugruppen und -geräten Sie bringen Führungserfahrung, unternehmerisches Denken sowie Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein mit Sie haben die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern und verfügen über einen offenen und dialogorientierten Führungsstil Sie haben eine zielgerichtete, engagierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung Sie denken kundenorientiert, sind belastbar und zeigen Eigeninitiative Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
