Deine Au fgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Ganzheitliche Beratung: Du unterstützt und berätst die Standortleitung, Führungskräfte sowie Beschäftigte empathisch und kompetent in allen Fragen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes gemäß §6 ASiG. Methodische Exzellenz: Du konzipierst, implementierst und auditierst anspruchsvolle Methoden zur Identifikation und Minimierung von technischen sowie organisatorischen Gefährdungen. Fachliche Leitplanken: Als zentrale Fachexpertise stellst du die Einhaltung der Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV) und der Maschinenrichtlinie sicher. Präventionsstrategie: Du führst Ursachenanalysen kritischer Ereignisse durch und leitest daraus präventive, konzernweit übertragbare Strategien ab. System-Monitoring: Du entwickelst unser Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem (ISO 45001) kontinuierlich weiter und bereitest den Standort erfolgreich auf externe Zertifizierungsaudits vor. Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen Akademischer Hintergrund: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik, Ingenieurwesen oder einer naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung. Fachqualifikation: Du bist eine nachgewiesene Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) und bringst mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung aus einem produzierenden Großunternehmen mit. Regelwerks-Expertise: Du bist versiert im Umgang mit ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV sowie der ISO 45001 und kannst komplexe Anforderungen in sichere Arbeitsprozesse übersetzen. Kommunikationsstärke: Du überzeugst durch ein souveränes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre Teams auch ohne disziplinarische Verantwortung zielgerichtet zu führen. Sprachkompetenz: Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher und du agierst sicher im internationalen Airbus-Umfeld mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen.
