Location New York, New York Shift: Day (United States of America) Description: Physician Assistants at NYP: A Growing, Autonomous Team Physician Assistant – General Surgery - Acute Care Surgery – Days - Columbia Campus Step into a high-achieving hospital, where premier clinicians deliver personalized care. Join our team as a full-time Surgery Physician Assistant and be a part of a comprehensive team covering surgical patients admitted to the hospital. Every day, we are meeting the needs of patients with extraordinarily diverse problems, performing complex procedures including hybrid, minimally invasive, and robotic procedures. In this role, PAs serve as front line providers rounding with attending surgeons, writing notes, orders, and performing necessary bedside procedures. There are opportunities for first and second assisting in the OR as well. This role requires 4 day shifts per week (6am-4pm), including some weekend coverage (No nights or holidays).
