Cette mission débutera en septembre 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans. Découvrez Airbus Atlantic en vidéo:   Présentation Airbus Atlantic Présentation du site de Rochefort Tâches et responsabilités : Membre de l'équipe RH de Rochefort (8 personnes), sous la supervision d'un HRBP (RH de proximité) qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences, vous contribuerez aux activités principales suivantes : Participer à la gestion administrative et le suivi des indicateurs RH (tableaux de bord, entrées/sorties, absentéisme, etc.); Coordonner la gestion du personnel "alternants et stagiaires" en coordination avec les managers et ê tre leur point d’entrée RH et au besoin, aiguiller vers les bons interlocuteurs ; Apporter un soutien sur divers projets RH, dont le processus d'intégration Compétences développées au cours de l’alternance : Découverte de l'industrie et variété de ses métiers, compréhension du business et ses enjeux Découverte des activités de recrutement, onboarding, gestion de carrières, gestion du personnel, pilotage de données RH (HR analytics) Capacité d'adaptation, communication, structuration de projets Parlons de VOUS ! Vous allez intégrer une formation Master dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines pour une durée de 2 ans.  Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :  Première expérience professionnelle en RH (recrutement, gestion du personnel ou HR analytics) Intérêt pour les métiers industriels et goût du terrain Curiosité, envie d'apprendre Rigueur, professionnalisme Français: courant Anglais: intermédiaire Vous pourrez être amené(e) à vous déplacer.  Parlons de NOUS !
