Job Description: Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Mission Control Systems sucht Airbus Defence and Space einen Java-Softwareentwickler Satellitenkommunikationssysteme (d/m/w) Werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte die Zukunft der Raumfahrt mit! Als Softwareentwickler bist du entscheidend daran beteiligt, innovative Softwarelösungen für unsere Missionskontrollsysteme zu entwerfen und zu implementieren. Fachliche Führung und Mentoring von Junior-Teammitgliedern. Maßgebliche Gestaltung von Architekturentscheidungen zur Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit und Performance. Bearbeitung und Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen sowie die Durchführung von Code-Reviews. Definition des Projektumfangs, Entwurf skalierbarer Architekturen sowie Sicherstellung der Code-Qualität durch umfassendes Testing. Vermittlung von Best Practices und Mentoring von Junior-Entwicklern. Lösung komplexer technischer Herausforderungen und zielgerichtete Optimierung der Application Performance. Zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation technischer Entscheidungen an nicht-technische Stakeholder sowie deren Ausrichtung an den Unternehmenszielen. Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Software Engineering, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Fachgebiet. Mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung (Senior-Level). Sehr gute Kenntnisse Python und Java zwingend erforderlich Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, eine analytische Denkweise und arbeitest gerne selbstständig sowie im Team.
