Als Teil unseres Teams im Bereich Facility Management stellst du sicher, dass unsere Produktion niemals stillsteht. Du verantwortest den Betrieb hochmoderner Energieanlagen – von Heißwasserkesseln bis hin zu Blockheizkraftwerken – und bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für technische Störungen. Du optimierst den Anlagenbetrieb hinsichtlich der Energieeffizienz und stellst eine maximale Verfügbarkeit sicher. Du übernimmst die Steuerung und Parameteranpassung der Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT) zur Betriebsoptimierung. Außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit der technischen Störungsannahme fungierst du als Service-Center für technische Notrufe und Störungen der Standorte Hamburg, Bremen und Stade. Du bewertest Störungen fachlich, leitest Erstmaßnahmen ein und dokumentierst Vorfälle in den IT-Systemen. Du koordinierst und weist externe Dienstleister sowie Fremdfirmen direkt vor Ort ein. Diese Tätigkeit findet im Kontischichtbetrieb statt welche das Arbeiten an Wochenenden sowie Feiertagen einschließt.. Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung sowie einen gültigen Nachweis als Kesselwärter (d/m/w) einer zertifizierten Institution. Du verfügst über fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Betrieb von Energieversorgungs- oder Kraftwerksanlagen. Du bringst Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von Gebäudeleittechnik-Systemen (GLT) mit. Ein sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen zur Dokumentation und zum Incident Management ist für dich selbstverständlich. Du besitzt eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eine eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
