Descriptif des missions proposées : Spécification moyens/outillage d’essais au sol en chaine finale d’assemblage Création et/ou mise à jour des spécifications outillages Réalisation de cahier de recette Suivi de la validation/qualification des outillages sur avion. Préparation de la maintenance des moyens d’essais utilisés au sol en production : Intégration en maintenance et dans l’outil de GMAO Planification et plan d’entretien Gamme de vérification préventive Support et suivi des moyens d’essais Gestion des aléas Suivi de la maintenance curative/corrective. Analyse AMDEC et des indicateurs de maintenance Analyse des pannes Mise à jour des méthodes et des gammes de travail Mise à jour du plan d’entretien Amélioration de la conception outillage Amélioration des process existants : Création mise à jour de la documentation Pilotage de l’équipe en charge de la maintenance des moyens d’essais Réunion périodique Gestion et suivi des coût de maintenance Suivi du budget OPEX/CAPEX Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous : BTS Maintenance des Système de production Masterclasses Filière Aéronautique Lycée Airbus ou équivalent Connaissances en électrotechnique, instrumentation, métrologie et informatique Persévérance. Preparation for the maintenance of ground test equipment used in production Integration into maintenance and the monitoring tool Maintenance plan / task planning Preventive check schedule Support and monitoring of testing equipment Risk management Monitoring of corrective/curative maintenance.
