Daher suchen wir leidenschaftliche und engagierte Teammitglieder, die daran mitwirken uns und unsere Lösungen zu verbessern und die Zukunft der UAS und CLS zu gestalten.  Komm an Bord und werde ab sofort Teil unseres Teams als Airbus DS Airborne Solutions GmbH – Toolmanager in der Production & Maintenance (d/m/w) in Bremen Das ist dein Aufgabenfeld: Strategische Planung, Beschaffung, Wartung/ Kalibrierung und Lebenszyklusmanagement von Tools, Mess- und Prüfmittel, sowie relevanter Software Gewährleistung der Toolverfügbarkeit, -Konfiguration und -Dokumentation über komplette Lifecycle-Phasen hinweg Verantwortung für Reduzierung von Verschleiß, Fehlerquote und Ausfallzeiten von Werkzeugen, Prüftechnik Implementierung und Verbesserung von Standardprozessen des Toolmanagements Unterstützung bei Audits (Qualitäts- und Compliance-Anforderungen) Schulung und Einführung von Bedienern/Technikern in Tool-basierte Prozesse; Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Validierungsplänen Aufbau eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP) rund um Tooleinsatz, Datennutzung und Reporting Erstellung von Berichten, Dashboards und Management-Reports zur Toolleistung und -risiken Das bringst du mit: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation inkl. Techniker/Meister; alternativ langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrt Fundierte Erfahrung im Tool- und Messmittelmanagement, Kalibrierung, Prüfmittelüberwachung und Lifecycle-Management Affinität und Begeisterung für Werkzeuge Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, inkl. Planung, Priorisierung, Ressourcenkoordination Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Problemlösungskompetenz Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Grundkenntnisse in ERP/MIS-Systemen (z. B.
