Job Description: Focus: Sustainable bug fixing and self-service rate. Location: Romania (Remote/Hybrid) Focus: Sustainability and Self-Service Your Responsibilities: Problem Management: Moderation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and tracking of corrective actions. Knowledge Management: Responsibility for the internal and external knowledge base (Knowledge Centered Service). Shift-Left: Identification of solutions that can be transferred from specialist support to self-service. ServiceNow Design: Support in defining requirements for new automated service requests. Your Profile: Certified knowledge in ITIL Problem Management. Editorial talent for creating easily understandable technical documentation.
