Job Description: Focus: Data-driven transparency for all locations. Location: Romania (Remote/Hybrid) Focus: Data Analytics and Compliance Your Responsibilities: Dashboarding: Development and maintenance of performance dashboards in ServiceNow and Skywise. Quality Assurance: Conducting ticket audits to monitor data quality and process compliance. Data Analysis: Creation of ad-hoc analyses to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies. Process Support: Providing assistance to German locations in measuring cost reduction measures. Your Profile: Strong analytical skills and experience in handling large data volumes. Proficient in ServiceNow Reporting and Skywise. Detail-oriented working style and understanding of IT service structures.
