Job Description: Zur Unterstützung im R&T Partnerships & Funding Team  sucht Airbus Operations / Airbus Aerostructures einen Werkstudent - Digitale Transformation in R&T Public Funding Operations (d/m/w)   Du bist Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w), auf der Suche nach einer Werkstudentenstelle? Durch die Lage am südlichen Elbufer besteht die Möglichkeit, mit der Fähre zu pendeln. Deine Werkstudentenstelle befindet sich auf dem Werk in Finkenwerder und du kannst vormittags und ab mittags mit der Fähre von Teufelsbrück zum Airbus Fähranleger und zurück zur Uni fahren. Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten KI-Lösungen mit Google KI Lösungen entwickeln: Entwirf und erstelle Google Gemini „Gems“ und Agenten, um Projektmanagement-Aufgaben, Projektüberwachung, Reporting und mehr zu automatisieren (Beispiele; Entwicklung und Implementierung von Agentensystemen zur automatisierten Datenextraktion, Entwicklung von Webapps (mit Webcrawlern) zur optimierung/automatisierung der E&C, KYI und EC Prozesse, Entwicklung einer WebApp für ein Contract Lifecycle Management Tool) Prozessoptimierung: Analysiere bestehende „Ist“-Prozesse im Bereich der öffentlichen Förderung (Public Funding). Hinterfrage Anforderungen und kürze, vereinfache, beschleunige und automatisiere die Prozesse.  Low-Code-Tools erstellen: Entwickle AppSheet- oder Web-Anwendungen, um manuelle Datenerfassung (z. B. Statusberichte via GForm) zu ersetzen und die Kommunikation mit Projektleitern zu optimieren. Gestalte moderne und praktische Benutzeroberflächen (User Interfaces) für alle Apps, um einen flüssigen Arbeitsablauf zu gewährleisten. Schwachstellen identifizieren: Nutze Daten, um Engpässe (KPIs, Durchlaufzeiten) zu erkennen und schlage kreative digitale Lösungen vor, um diese zu beseitigen. Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Ausbildung: Eingeschrieben als Vollzeitstudent (d/w/m). Gerne in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Data Analytics oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Technische Kompetenz: Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Google Workspace und dessen Anwendungen, was eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit in unserem Team gewährleistet. Zwingend erforderlich ist fundierte Erfahrung mit Generativer KI (Google Gemini). Programmierkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus. Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Agentensystemen und APIs ist notwendig, um automatisierte Prozesse zu optimieren und Schnittstellen zu schaffen. Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit Google AppSheet zur Erstellung von No-Code/Low-Code-Anwendungen sind ebenfalls sehr willkommen.
