Job Description: Für unseren Airbus Helicopters- Standort in Donauwörth suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Unterstützung in der Abteilung Luftfahrttechnische Schule Kassel einen Technischen Ausbilder für Airbus interne Trainings (m/w/d)   im Bereich unserer Grundlagenausbildung. Diese Stelle erfordert eine zivile oder militärische Instandhaltungslizenz CS-CAT B1.3 oder B2 sowie eine qualifizierte Weiterbildung in Form eines Meisters/Technikers oder eines Studiums. Die Ausübung dieser Stelle ist auch mit reduzierter Wochenarbeitszeit von mind. 28 Stunden/Woche und darauf angepassten Aufgabenumfang möglich. Dies betrifft u.a. die nachfolgenden luftfahrttechnischen Grundlagenausbildung zivil (EASA) und militärisch (DEMAR) in deutscher und englischer Sprache: Modul 7 "Instandhaltung" Modul 9 " Human Factor" Modul 10 "Luftfahrtgesetzgebung" Modul 12 "Aerodynamik, Strukturen und Systeme von Hubschraubern" Dazu gehören: Eigenständige Durchführung von theoretischem Lehrunterricht mit Führung der notwendigen Lehrgangsnachweisen und Erstellung von Dokumentationen Erstellen von Schulungsunterlagen sowie von Anschauungs- und Übungsobjekten, Einsatz von Planungstechniken für die Unterrichtsdurchführung sowie Anwendung angemessener Präsentationstechniken Hinführen und Anleiten von Lehrgangsteilnehmern zum verantwortungsvollen Handeln Moderation von Gruppen und zielgerichtetes Leiten von Gesprächen und Ergebnisdarstellungen Beurteilen von Einflüssen der Gruppenstruktur auf das Gruppenverhalten sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzen von Korrekturmaßnahmen Sichere, klare und präzise Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift in deutscher und englischer Sprache Folgende Qualifikationen/ Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit: Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fluggerätmechaniker (m/w/d) und eine qualifizierte Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker (m/w/d) Sie können eine langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung vorweisen Sie verfügen über eine zivile oder militärische Instandhaltungslizenz CS-CAT B1.3 oder B2 Sie verfügen über fundiertes  luftfahrttechnisches Fachwissen  sowie Wissen und Erfahrung aus dem Bereich des Luftrechts (zivil & militärisch) sowie des menschlichen Leistungsvermögens Sie haben eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit und Spaß an Lehrtätigkeiten Sie können fließende Sprachkenntnisse in deutsch und englisch vorweisen Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen Kein 100%-iges Match?
