Job Description: Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung "Workshops" im Bereich "Manufacturing Engineering" sucht Airbus Defence and Space in Manching einen ME Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d) Zerspanung/CNC Als Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf Zerspanungstechnik und CNC-Fertigung bist du verantwortlich für die technische Planung, Steuerung und Begleitung unserer Fertigungs- und Instandhaltungsprozesse sowohl im Bereich Teilefertigung bzw. -herstellung, als auch im Prototypen- und Kleinserienbau. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung – mit dem Ziel, technische Exzellenz und Fertigungseffizienz zu verbinden. Einsteuerung und Nachverfolgung von Instandhaltungs- und Fertigungsaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung der Terminvorgaben sowie der Materialverfügbarkeit und personellen Ressourcen der Produktion. Technischer Ansprechpartner für die Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Entwicklung. Unterstützung und Koordination der Schnittstellen. Entwicklung, Planung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen. Auswahl von Fertigungsmitteln und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung. Begleitung von Neuproduktprojekten in der Prototypenphase und darüber hinaus – in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung. Analyse und Bewertung von Herstellbarkeiten, Fertigungskosten, und Zykluszeiten. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung (Drehen/Fräsen) Sicherer Umgang mit CATIA V5 Erfahrung in der CAD/CAM Progammierung, idealerweise mit VISI Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und Bauteiltoleranzen Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
