Job Description: Für Airbus Defence and Space in Ottobrunn  suchen wir für den Bereich „Export Control AD“ in der Abteilung „Export Control AD Germany“ einen  Wirtschafts- oder Volljuristen (d/w/m) mit Schwerpunkt Außenwirtschaftsrecht Aufgabe der Abteilung Export Compliance AD Germany in Ottobrunn ist die Sicherstellung der Exportkontrollanforderungen in allen Programmen und Projekten am Standort. Exportkontrolle Prüfung, Koordinierung und Sicherstellung der US-Re-Exportbestimmungen EAR und ITAR und der damit verbundenen Anforderungen und Auflagen Vorbereitung und außenwirtschaftsrechtliche Begleitung von internen und externen Audits Durchführung von Exportkontroll-Schulungen  Sie haben folgende Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen: 2 juristische Staatsexamina oder vergleichbarer Hochschulabschluss Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Praxis in einem Unternehmen gesammelt  oder Sie waren in einem entsprechenden Bereich in der Unternehmensberatung tätig   Sie verfügen über tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Außenwirtschaftsrecht einschließlich US Exportrecht. Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sind für Sie selbstverständlich Die Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit und zur Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld zeichnet Sie aus Sie sind motiviert, sich in diese hochspannende Thematik in unserem Unternehmen einzuarbeiten und einzubringen Sie verfügen über vertiefte Kenntnisse in Exportkontrollprozessen und –tools.
