Ihre Rolle und Verantwortung Als Arbeitsmediziner (d/m/w) sind Sie zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Themen rund um die physische und mentale Gesundheit unserer Beschäftigten. Sie sind zuständig für: Arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorge und die Durchführung individueller Folgeuntersuchungen Beratung zu Präventionsmaßnahmen und Fragen des Gesundheitsschutzes   Empfehlen und Unterstützen bei der Minimierung von Gesundheitsrisiken am Arbeitsplatz Akutversorgung und Notfallmedizin für Mitarbeitende und Gäste Effektive Wiedereingliederung und die Förderung der Gesundheit unserer Belegschaft Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Schnittstellen Aktive Gesundheitsförderung zur Aufrechterhaltung einer gesunden Belegschaft Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Beurteilung von Arbeitsplätzen, beraten bei Projekten und begleiten die medizinische Seite von Dienstreisen. Ihr Boading Pass Ein abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium und Facharzt für Arbeitsmedizin oder eine Facharzt-Ausbildung in einem klinischen Fach (z.B. in der Inneren Medizin) kombiniert mit der Zusatzbezeichnung Betriebsmedizin Sie bringen mehrjährige klinische Erfahrung und idealerweise auch Kenntnisse in der Notfallmedizin mit (z.B. Fachkunde Rettungsdienst) Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit medizinischer Software, idealerweise auch mit Google Workspace Sie überzeugen durch Teamgeist , soziale Kompetenz und eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sie arbeiten engagiert und verantwortungsbewusst Sie sind verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch Warum Airbus?
