Job Description: Au sein de notre équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous prenez la responsabilité de l'industrialisation de produits stratégiques à haute valeur ajoutée. Vous piloterez des projets majeurs en enroulement filamentaire , incluant des équipements de sécurité critique et des technologies de pointe pour le spatial et le militaire. Rattaché au Manager de l'équipe ME (Manufacturing Engineering), votre rôle est de garantir que la définition d'ingénierie se transforme en une réalité industrielle robuste, sûre et optimisée. Les principales activités sont: -Piloter la mise en œuvre de la 1ère installation avec les boucles requises de retour d'atelier. -Créer et mettre à jour les Gammes / BoM / SOI suivant les besoins de l'atelier, calcul des temps et application des Règles d'Or de la Préparation au Travail conformément aux processus applicables. -Spécification des actifs industriels (gabarits, outils, outillage, machines,...) requis pour la création ou la modification. -Planifier les boucles de retour régulières avec l'équipe de production. -Gérer les problèmes de préparation de travail clés/récurrents escaladés par l'équipe de production / le support technique de l'atelier. -Communiquer directement et par une participation physique aux routines de l'équipe de production. -Soutenir l'amélioration continue de l'atelier en fournissant l'expertise de préparation de travail quand les issues non gérées au niveau d'atelier par le support technique de plancher d'atelier. -Soutenir le PPE dans: * l'évaluation des impacts industriels des modifications; * la traduction des exigences industrielles à la conception et la chaîne d'approvisionnement. -Pilote et supporte le P-FMEA/FMEA. -Fournir une expertise technique. Une approche Lean Manufacturing et équilibrage de charge appliquées à cette activité sera appréciée et pour être demandée en fonction des profils de candidat (SMED, VSM, Standardisation, gestion des tackt time, synchronisation). Profil Recherché Formation : Ingénieur (Bac+5) généraliste ou matériaux, avec une spécialisation en matériaux composites. Expérience : Junior accepté avec une première expérience significative (stage longue durée/alternance) en milieu industriel exigeant (Aéro, Auto, Énergie). Compétences Techniques : Connaissance des procédés composites (l'enroulement filamentaire est un vrai plus). Maîtrise de la lecture de plans et des outils ERP/PLM. Sensibilité forte aux enjeux HSE et à la qualité aéronautique (EN9100). Soft Skills : Leadership naturel, pragmatisme, excellente communication (interface entre BE et Opérateurs) et capacité de synthèse.
