Job Description: Für Airbus Defence and Space suchen wir am Standort Friedrichshafen in der Abteilung "Export Control AD Germany" einen Export Compliance Manager (d/f/m) Die Aufgabe der Abteilung ist es, die Exportkontrollanforderungen in allen Programmen und Projekten für den Standort Friedrichshafen sicherzustellen. Exportkontrolle Durchsetzung  aller Richtlinien und Verfahren von Airbus Defence and Space im Bereich Exportkontrolle Bearbeitung nationaler und internationaler Ausfuhrlizenzanträge für Hardware, Software und Technologietransfer Prüfung, Koordinierung, Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der US Re-Exportbestimmungen EAR und ITAR und der damit verbundenen Anforderungen und Auflagen Vorbereitung des Sanctioned Country Prozesses und Durchführung des Secure Hiring Prozesses Verbesserung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Tools Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter, Projekte und Funktionseinheiten in Bezug auf Exportkontrolle Durchführung von Exportkontrollschulungen Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftsrechtliches, technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder einschlägige Berufsausbildung mit Abschluss. Kenntnisse in der Exportkontrolle (deutsches Außenwirtschafts- und Ausfuhrrecht, EU Dual-Use, US Re-Exportkontrolle) Bereitschaft, sich in technische, prozessbezogene und rechtliche Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen wird vorausgesetzt Deutsch und Englisch fließend/verhandlungssicher; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil Keine 100%ige Übereinstimmung?
