Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Unterstützung des Teams der Exportkontrolle in Friedrichshafen Unterstützung bei der Prüfung, Freigabe und Dokumentation von Versandaufträgen Einholung und Prüfung von Klassifizierungsinformationen von Gütern Unterstützung bei der Prüfung und Dokumentation von Zugangsberechtigungen sowie im Rahmen des Secure- Hiring- Prozessen Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projekten, Präsentationen und Trainings Pflege und Verwaltung von Übersichtslisten Allgemeine administrative Themen Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsrecht, Jura oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office Du ergreifst die Initiative und engagierst Dich für Deine Arbeit Du bist neugierig und gewillt, Neues zu lernen Du arbeitest detailorientiert und präzise Bitte lade folgende Unterlagen hoch: Anschreiben, Lebenslauf, relevante Zeugnisse, Immatrikulationsbescheinigung.
