Job Description: Werden Sie Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte und unterstützen uns dabei, Geräte für spannende nationale und internationale Weltraummissionen zu fertigen! Ihre Aufgaben Programmieren von automatischen Bestückungsmaschinen und Testeinrichtungen in Bezug auf technische und wirtschaftliche Gesichtspunkte Weiterentwickeln der Fertigungsvorgaben Durchführen von Optimierungen und Ermittlung von KPIs Fehlersuche an fehlerhaften Baugruppen begleiten und Optimierungen ableiten Arbeiten in 2-Schicht Ihre Qualifikationen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurs-Studium oder Techniker Abschluss Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert (mind. 2 Jahre) Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Programmerstellung für die Fertigungsanlagen und Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Prüfprogrammen ( SMD-Bestücker, AOI, SPI, Jetter) Gute Kenntnisse in der Auswertung von KPI und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Analytische Herangehensweise zur Erfassung technischer Zusammenhänge und Problemstellungen als auch bei der Umsetzung neuer Prozesse (prozessorientiertes Handeln) Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP Hohe Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Was wir bieten: Attraktive Vergütung nach Tarifvertrag sowie tarifliche Sonderzahlungen und Erfolgsbeteiligungen Flexible Arbeitszeiten Betriebliche Altersvorsorge Umfangreiche Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Förderung einer ausgewogenen Work-Life-Balance This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
