Job Description: Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Support Événements Anormaux en Service (h/f) dynamique au sein d'Airbus Protect, basé à Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez une équipe internationale au sein de l'équipe Ingénierie en Service, axée sur le support aux événements anormaux, avec une date de début possible en mars 2026 . Votre mission principale sera de fournir un soutien de haut niveau en gestion au Chef de Produit et au Leader Technique, agissant comme un "bras droit" dédié pour les décharger des tâches de gestion, d'organisation et de communication. Votre futur job, si vous l’acceptez… Vos principales tâches et responsabilités : Soutien au leadership : Assister les Chefs de Produit/Leaders Techniques dans la gestion quotidienne, le suivi des plans d'action et l'organisation de réunions techniques de haut niveau. Gestion des Événements Anormaux : Contribuer à l'analyse des événements en service avec une approche "Avion Global", en aidant à coordonner les réponses à travers les différents chapitres ATA. Amélioration des Processus : Identifier les goulots d'étranglement dans le flux de travail actuel de signalement des événements anormaux et proposer des améliorations numériques ou organisationnelles. Communication & Reporting : Rédiger des suivis techniques et des présentations pour les grandes conventions clients. Coordination : Assurer la liaison entre les départements internes (Bureau d'études, Sécurité des vols, Programmes) et les parties prenantes externes pour garantir une voix Airbus unifiée. Périmètre Technique Focus ATA : Principalement ATA 05 (Limites de Temps/Vérifications de Maintenance) et ATA 31 (Systèmes d'Indication/Enregistrement) concernant les données d'événement, avec une vue transverse sur les Systèmes de la Cellule (ATA 20–50). Etes-vous notre futur talent ? Votre formation : Licence ou Master en Ingénierie Aérospatiale, Mécanique ou Électrique. Vos compétences techniques et qualifications : Expérience initiale ou fort intérêt pour les activités en Service et la Sécurité Aérienne. Capacité à analyser des données techniques (la connaissance FDR/QAR est un plus). Solides compétences en Gestion de Projet (définition de KPI, reporting et outils d'organisation). Vos compétences relationnelles : "Apprentissage Rapide" : Capacité à appréhender rapidement des structures techniques et organisationnelles complexes. Orientation Service : Très axé sur le client avec d'excellentes compétences relationnelles. Adaptabilité : À l'aise dans un environnement sous haute pression avec des priorités changeantes. Esprit d'Équipe : Fiable avec un sens aigu du reporting proactif ("Esprit Petite main" — prêt à plonger dans les détails pour aider l'équipe à réussir). Compétences Linguistiques : L'anglais au niveau de la négociation est obligatoire. Le français est un plus. Conditions de Travail : Minimum 1 jour par semaine sur site au campus Airbus de Blagnac pour assurer une collaboration étroite avec le client.
