Job Description: For the Airframe Analysis department within the Airbus Aerostructures Engineering organization , we are looking for a Head of Analysis Metal & CFRP Brasov (m/f/d) .  The empowerment and support of employees as well as the strategic direction and further development of the Structural Analysis area are essential success factors for the timely and high-quality execution of our development projects. Therefore, the responsibility of the position holder is to mentor and support employees in carrying out project work.  The main tasks and responsibilities of the Head of Analysis Metal & CFRP Brasov for the Airframe Analysis department are: Modern leadership of the department with the goal of achieving a high degree of personal responsibility and a prominent level of competence, as well as ensuring synergies between the employees' areas of responsibility. Active resource management to ensure the projects are ready to work. Ensuring that legal requirements are met. Ensuring ongoing administration (e.g., vacation planning) and conducting performance reviews. Developing employees' skills and competencies as well as anticipating qualification needs to ensure continuous efficiency. Coaching and mentoring of employees. Ensuring compliance with development processes. Supporting the digital transformation, including simplification, standardization, and harmonization of processes, methods, and tools. Helping to shape the Engineering Supplier Strategy and ensuring sustainable functional performance. Supporting active collaboration and communication with the Airframe Analysis departments within the Airbus organizations (e.g., Airbus Operations, Airbus D&S, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Atlantic). Requirements/Qualifications: Completed degree (Engineering or Aerospace Engineering) or a comparable qualification acquired through other means. Many years of professional experience in leading a department, in project management, and in structural analysis. Strategic mindset. Distinctive value creation orientation. Very good communication skills. Business fluent in Romanian and English. Sarcinile și Responsabilitățile principale ale Liderului de Departament Analiză Metal & CFRP Brașov pentru departamentul Airframe Analysis sunt: Conducerea modernă a departamentului cu scopul de a obține un grad ridicat de responsabilitate personală și un nivel de competență proeminent, precum și de a asigura sinergii între ariile de responsabilitate ale angajaților. Managementul activ al resurselor pentru a se asigura că proiectele sunt pregătite de lucru. Asigurarea îndeplinirii cerințelor legale. Asigurarea administrării curente (ex: planificarea concediilor) și efectuarea evaluărilor de performanță ( performance reviews ). Dezvoltarea abilităților și competențelor angajaților, precum și anticiparea nevoilor de calificare pentru a asigura o eficiență continuă. Coaching și mentorat pentru angajați. Asigurarea conformității cu procesele de dezvoltare. Sprijinirea transformării digitale, incluzând simplificarea, standardizarea și armonizarea proceselor, metodelor și instrumentelor. Contribuția la modelarea Strategiei Furnizorilor de Inginerie ( Engineering Supplier Strategy ) și asigurarea unei performanțe funcționale sustenabile. Susținerea colaborării și comunicării active cu departamentele de Analiză Structură Aeronavă din cadrul organizațiilor Airbus (ex: Airbus Operations, Airbus D&S, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Atlantic). Cerințe/Calificări: Diplomă finalizată (Inginerie sau Inginerie Aerospațială) sau o calificare comparabilă dobândită prin alte mijloace. Experiență profesională vastă în conducerea unui departament, în management de proiect și în analiza structurală. Viziune strategică. Orientare distinctivă spre crearea de valoare. Abilități de comunicare foarte bune. Fluență în limba română și engleză.
