Job Description: Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Betrieblicher Umweltschutz sucht Airbus einen Betriebsbeauftragte*r für Abfall (§ 59 KrWG) (d/m/w) Möchtest du die Zukunft der Luftfahrt nachhaltiger gestalten? In deiner Rolle als Betriebsbeauftragte*r für Abfall bist du die zentrale Instanz für die Überwachung und Beratung der Airbus Operations und Airbus Aerostructures GmbH am Standort Hamburg. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Sicherstellung der Rechtskonformität sowie der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer betrieblichen Abfallwirtschaft im Sinne des Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetzes. Werde Teil unseres Umwelt-Teams. Diese Stelle ist aufgrund einer Elternzeitvertretung befristet auf 2 Jahre, mit reduzierter Wochenarbeitszeit und angepasstem Aufgabenbereich möglich. Sicherstellung der Rechtskonformität (KrWG, AbfBeauftrV) durch regelmäßige Begehungen und Beratungen. Beratung der Geschäftsführung und Belegschaft in allen Fragen der Abfallvermeidung und -bewirtschaftung. Initiierung und Begleitung von Maßnahmen zur Abfallminimierung sowie fachliche Unterstützung bei Bauprojekten. Mitwirkung an der Erreichung der globalen Airbus-Umweltziele und Weiterentwicklung der internen Entsorgungsstandards. Erstellung des jährlichen Abfallberichts an die Standortleitung und Meldung von Optimierungspotenzialen. Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Abfallwirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Erfahrung. Nachweis der Fachkunde gemäß AbfBeauftrV durch einen behördlich anerkannten Lehrgang. Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Abfallwirtschaft oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion als Abfallbeauftragte*r. Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen und europäischen Abfallrecht (KrWG, AVV) sowie Grundkenntnisse im Gefahrgutrecht. Kommunikationsstärke und Beratungskompetenz, um komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln. Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine eigenständige und systematische Arbeitsweise.
