Job Description: [English Version] Responsibilities: Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on aeronautical parts and components, applying Penetrant Testing (PT), Eddy Current Testing (ECT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) methods. Properly prepare materials and operate testing equipment and machines. Read and interpret all applicable technical documentation, technical drawings, and standards relevant to the inspection process. Ensure the control, recording, and updating of tests performed, maintaining traceability and documentation in accordance with applicable standards. Control applicable products (controlled items) and ensure strict compliance with all technical, quality, regulatory, and occupational health and safety standards. Prepare inspection reports, recording test results and discontinuities identified in parts. Requirements: Proven experience in Non-Destructive Testing, preferably in the aeronautical sector or in industries with high quality and standardization requirements. Preferably, Level 2 Qualification in the following methods: Penetrant Testing and/or Eddy Current Testing and/or Magnetic Particle Testing. English level B1 (Intermediate) is desirable for reading and interpreting manuals and technical documentation. Solid knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing, its applications, and limitations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with compliance with technical and regulatory standards (quality, environment, and safety). Concentrated attention, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills for evaluating discontinuities. Possibility of mobility within the Airbus Group. ---------- [Versão em Português] Responsabilidades: Executar Ensaios Não Destrutivos (END) em peças e componentes aeronáuticos, aplicando os métodos de Líquido Penetrante (LP), Correntes Parasitas (CP) e Partículas Magnéticas (PM). Realizar a preparação adequada de materiais e operar os equipamentos e máquinas de ensaios. Conduzir a leitura e interpretação de toda a documentação técnica aplicável, desenhos técnicos e normas pertinentes ao processo de inspeção. Garantir o controle, registro e atualização dos ensaios realizados, mantendo a rastreabilidade e a documentação afetada em conformidade com as normas aplicáveis. Controlar os produtos aplicáveis (itens controlados) e assegurar o cumprimento rigoroso de todas as normas técnicas, de qualidade, regulamentadoras e de saúde e segurança no trabalho. Elaborar relatórios de inspeção, registrando os resultados dos ensaios e as descontinuidades identificadas nas peças. Requisitos: Experiência comprovada na área de Ensaios Não Destrutivos, preferencialmente no setor aeronáutico ou em indústrias com alto rigor de qualidade e normatização. Possuir, preferencialmente, a Qualificação Nível 2 nos métodos: Líquido Penetrante e/ou Correntes Parasitas e/ou Partículas Magnéticas. Desejável Inglês nível B1 (Intermediário), para leitura e interpretação de manuais e documentação técnica. Sólidos conhecimentos em Ensaios Não Destrutivos, suas aplicações e limitações. Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos. Familiaridade com o cumprimento de normas técnicas e regulamentadoras (qualidade, meio ambiente e segurança). Atenção concentrada, senso crítico e alta capacidade analítica para avaliação de descontinuidades.
