Augsburg ist ein Pionierstandort des deutschen Flugzeugbaus mit Schwerpunkt auf der Fertigung und Montage von Rumpfteilen und Strukturkomponenten für zivile und militärische Flugzeuge.  Was Du bei uns machen wirst Montagearbeiten: Du bohrst, nietest, verbindest, schleifst und klebst diverse Bauteile und montierst komplexe Strukturkomponenten (Metall) und Ausrüstungskomponenten (elektrische und mechanische Systeme) Bei deiner täglichen Arbeit hältst Du Dich an die entsprechenden Fertigungs- und Qualitätsvorschriften Kontrolle und Prüfung: Du kontrollierst und prüfst Deine Aufträge gewissenhaft und führst bei Abweichungen Nacharbeiten und Reparaturen in deinem Arbeitsfeld durch Dokumentation: Du dokumentierst gemäß den Vorschriften und internen Regeln Dein Boardingpass Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker (d/m/w) oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf (d/m/w) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare anderweitig erworbene Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung  Das Lesen von komplexen Zeichnungen und Bauunterlagen, ist für dich kein Problem Teamarbeit: Arbeiten im Team oder Gruppen sind für Dich ein Muss und du unterstützt dein Team mit Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und eine qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich Arbeitszeit: Du arbeitest gern im 2- bzw. 3-Schichtbetrieb (Früh/Spät/Nacht)  Was wir Dir bieten unbefristeten Vertrag  Attraktive Vergütung und Sonderzahlungen Betriebliche Altersrente 30 Tage Urlaub und zusätzliche freie Tage für besondere Anlässe wöchentliche Arbeitszeit von 35 Stunden Sonderleistungen: Mitarbeitervorteile bei kooperierenden Unternehmen Vor-Ort-Einrichtungen: Kantine und Cafeteria Das alles passt zu Dir?
