Job Description: Ihre Tätigkeiten: Sie stellen sicher, dass die Prozesse der Produkt-und Qualitätssicherung des Unternehmens umgesetzt werden. Sie stellen sicher, dass die Kundenanforderungen umgesetzt werden und sorgen für die Gewährleistung der Produkt- bzw. Servicekonformität gegenüber unseren Kundenanforderungen sowie Förderung der Kundentreue durch Unterstützung von „on quality", „on time" und „on cost" Lieferungen auf Basis von „right first time". Sie nehmen an Kundenreviews teil (z.B. MPCBs, ein Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf den verwendeten Materialen und Prozessen der SMT Fertigung). Sie koordinieren und führen Audits bei Lieferanten und Unterauftragnehmern durch. Bei auftretenden Abweichungen sind Sie in die Abwicklung der Nichteinhaltung und Aufhebung der Vorschriften, einschließlich der Analyse der Abweichungen, der Überwachung der Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen sowie in den Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Qualitätsstandards, involviert. Sie erhalten den notwendigen Nachweis, dass die Prozesse und Aktivitäten den Kundenanforderungen entsprechen. Sie stellen sicher, dass im Rahmen der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen von der ordnungsgemäßen Implementierung der Anforderungen, Korrekturmaßnahmen eingeleitet werden. Sie unterstützen die Zertifizierungen und Schnittstellen des Unternehmens mit externen Qualitätsbehörden (ISO, ECSS usw.). Sie erstellen für die Projekte die Unterlagen (zB RFAs, RFW/RFDs), um den Nachweis zu führen, dass die Aufbauten (assemblies) die erforderlichen Qualifikationen/ Verifikationen haben. Ihre Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Physik, Ingenieurswesen oder Materialwissenschaften Erfahrung (3+ Jahre) in der Produktsicherung oder Qualitätsmanagement oder ähnliche Tätigkeiten in der Technologieentwicklung (z.B. SMT) Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse Kenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office werden vorausgesetzt Teamfähig und belastbar Kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln Grundkenntnisse im Konfigurationsmanagement This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
