Job Description: Ihre Aufgaben Durchführung feinmechanischer Montagen (Verschrauben, Kleben, Löten, Messen) nach Zeichnung und anderen Vorgabedokumenten von Raumfahrtgeräten unter Reinraumbedingungen. Bedienung von Dispens- und Schraubrobotern. Ausführen von Sicherungsarbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Klebstoffen. Dokumentation der Fertigungsergebnisse Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen (4-Augen-Prinzip) Ihre Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Feinmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Montage von feinmechanischen Geräten und Baugruppen (Montieren, Ausrichten, Messen, Handlöten) Erfahrung in der Montage von Geräten unter Reinraumbedingungen und mit dem Mikroskop von Vorteil Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit im Team Hohe Flexibilität, Schichtbereitschaft, engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise wird vorausgesetzt Routinierte Anwendung mit MS-Office sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem ERP System (vorzugsweise SAP) Eine außerordentliche Leistungsbereitschaft und Zielorientierung sowie der Wunsch Dinge zu bewegen, wird vorausgesetzt Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung runden Ihr Profil ab This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
