Job Description: Sie arbeiten als Teil des Produktionsbereiches zusammen mit dem Tesat-Vibrationsteam in der Regel an den Anlagen vor Ort. Sie sind mit der Durchführung der Tests beauftragt, welche für die Tesat-Produkte vom Tesat-Entwicklungsbereich oder von externen Kunden spezifiziert werden. Sie bringen ein eigenes Interesse mit, Anregungen für Verbesserungen im Testprozess zu geben. Ihre Aufgaben Durchführung von Schwingungs- und Schockprüfungen jeglicher Art an TESAT Prüflingen und Prüflingen externer Kunden mit den elektrodynamischen Vibrationsanlagen im Haus Montage der Prüflinge auf der Anlage anhand prüflingsspezifischer Vorschriften und Konstruktionszeichnungen Umsetzung der elektrischen Ansteuerung der Prüflinge Durchführung der Testsequenz anhand prüflingsspezifischen Vorschriften und allgemeinen Vorgaben Bewertung der Testergebnisse auf Plausibilität und Dokumentation der Tests Bewertung der Prüfvorschriften auf Durchführbarkeit mit den vorhandenen Anlagen Erstellung der Anlagen- und Prüflingsparametrisierung anhand der Prüfvorschriften Erstellung und Verfolgung von Fehlerberichten Fachliche Unterstützung bei Fragestellungen rund um die Anlage und die Durchführung der Tests Mechanische und elektrische Instandhaltung der Vibrationsanlagen Messtechnische und organisatorische Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Schwingungsprüfungen an TESAT Prüflingen mit elektrodynamischen Vibrationsanlagen externer Testhäuser Unterstützung bei der ständigen Optimierung des Testprozesses mit dem Ziel eines effizienten, kontinuierlichen und reibungsfreien Gerätedurchsatzes Ihre Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes Mechatronik Studium oder Techniker mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbarem Hintergrund Erfahrungen im Bereich Vibrationstests und -anlagen sowie Messtechnik sind von Vorteil Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Autarke Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie Engagement und Lernbereitschaft Sehr ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
