Diese Position ist explizit als Entwicklungsrolle konzipiert: Du startest operativ und wir begleiten dich auf deinem Weg zur zertifizierten Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Theorie und Praxis. Dein Fokus liegt zunächst auf der operativen Unterstützung und der Koordination: Du führst regelmäßige Arbeitsplatzbegehungen an unseren Standorten durch und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen. Du koordinierst die betrieblichen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen und hältst die Fäden bei der Terminplanung in der Hand. Du unterstützt die lokalen Sicherheitsbeauftragten und arbeitest eng mit den erfahrenen Airbus-FASi-Experten zusammen, um von deren Know-how zu lernen. Du sorgst für die rechtskonforme Dokumentation unserer Prozesse und pflegst die Daten für das zentrale Reporting. Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung praxisnaher Unterweisungen. Unsere Anforderungen Du musst noch kein fertiger Experte sein, aber du bringst das Fundament mit: Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium (z.B. Ingenieurwesen, Sicherheitstechnik). Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und hast keine Scheu davor, in der Produktion oder im Labor direkt mit den Kollegen zu kommunizieren. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (da wir im globalen Airbus-Kontext agieren). Du bist bereit, regelmäßig zu unseren deutschen Standorten zu reisen (ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche, flexibel gestaltbar).
