We are looking for a Lighting & Cabin Systems Referent to come onboard in our Engineering Directorate in Sylvain’s Electrical Systems team: a team of 11 collaborators! Career Path: Jo b Your Mission You will be part of the Electrical Systems team, covering the following ATA chapters: ATA20 - Electrical Standard Practices & Electromagnetic Environment Protection ATA24 - Electrical Power Generation & Distribution & Energy ATA31 - Cockpit Integrated Control Panels & Cabin Management Systems ATA33 - Aircraft lighting ATA44 - Cabin Systems ATA80 - Engine Electrical Starting Your main responsibilities will include to, Lead Lighting & Cabin Systems Modifications and Projects Validate specifications, SOWs, and contributing to supplier selection and follow-up. Validate certification programs and Means of Compliance Validate service documents (SBs, NTO, TA, FC, SIL). Support production, flight tests, troubleshooting, in‑service issues and obsolescence management Coordinate, manage and meet major partners (Leonardo, Airbus) and Suppliers. Contribute to collaborators development and learnings (product knowledge, process, methods and tools) Investigate in‑service events and propose corrective/preventive actions Contribute to the update of Electrical Systems Roadmap Collect, agree and prioritize with management, customers (internal and external) and suppliers the list of activities Support the team to set schedule and budget for those activities Participate to International Regulation working groups About you Engineering degree (Aeronautical, Electrical, Optical) or equivalent. 10+ years experience in aeronautical aircraft engineering systems. Good knowledge of CS/FAR 25, Part 21, V&V processes, and electrical standards (RTCA/EUROCAE/SAE). Ability to communicate with various parties (external/Internal) in a multicultural environment Team spirit, collaborative, autonomous, proactive, open-mindedness Rigor and ability to deliver clear and synthetic analyses Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Fluent in English & French (Italian is a plus) … but above all, you are ready to take off with us to keep connecting communities and businesses and provide the best possible products and support to our customers! Career Path: Job Votre mission Vous ferez partie de l'équipe Systèmes Électriques, couvrant les chapitres ATA suivants : ATA 20 – Pratiques Électriques Standards & Protection contre l’Environnement Électromagnétique ATA 24 – Génération & Distribution d’Énergie Électrique ATA 31 – Panneaux de Commande Intégrés du Cockpit & Systèmes de Gestion Cabine ATA 33 – Éclairage de l’Avion ATA 44 – Systèmes Cabine ATA 80 – Démarrage Électrique Moteur Vos principales responsabilités incluront : Piloter les modifications et projets liés aux systèmes d’éclairage et aux systèmes cabine Valider les spécifications, les SOW (Statements of Work) et contribuer à la sélection ainsi qu’au suivi des fournisseurs Valider les programmes de certification et les moyens de conformité (Means of Compliance) Valider les documents de support en service : SB (Service Bulletins), NTO, TA, FC, SIL Assurer le support à la production, aux essais en vol, au troubleshooting, aux problématiques en service et à la gestion de l’obsolescence Coordonner, gérer et rencontrer les partenaires majeurs (Leonardo, Airbus) ainsi que les fournisseurs Contribuer au développement et à la montée en compétences des collaborateurs (connaissance produit, processus, méthodes et outils) Analyser les événements en service et proposer des actions correctives ou préventives Contribuer à la mise à jour de la feuille de route des Systèmes Électriques Collecter, consolider et prioriser avec le management, les clients (internes et externes) et les fournisseurs la liste des activités Soutenir l’équipe dans la planification et la définition du budget de ces activités Participer aux groupes de travail internationaux sur la réglementation A propos de vous Diplôme d’ingénieur (aéronautique, électricité, optique) ou équivalent Plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans l’ingénierie des systèmes aéronautiques Bonne connaissance des réglementations CS/FAR 25, du Part 21, des processus V&V, et des normes électriques (RTCA / EUROCAE / SAE) Capacité à communiquer avec différentes parties prenantes (internes / externes) dans un environnement multiculturel Esprit d’équipe, sens de la collaboration, autonomie, proactivité, ouverture d’esprit Rigueur et capacité à fournir des analyses claires et synthétiques Solides compétences en négociation et persuasion Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (l’italien est un plus) ... mais surtout, vous êtes prêt à prendre votre envol avec nous pour continuer à connecter les communautés et les entreprises et à fournir les meilleurs produits ainsi que le meilleur soutien possible à nos clients !
