Votre mission sera de garantir la conformité aux exigences de l'Autorité afin de préserver l'agrément de production (POA) d’Airbus. Pour cela, vous aurez la responsabilité de: Suivre les findings d’audits afin d’assurer une clôture “on time” et “on quality”  Challenger et aider le business pour que les analyses de cause racine et les plans d’action associés soient au bon niveau de qualité Résoudre des problématiques complexes liées à des points d’audits jusqu’à la clôture, dans les délais agréés avec les autorités. Organiser des réunions de travail impliquant des équipes transnationales et multidisciplinaires pour piloter les investigations et les suivis de plan d’actions. Sécuriser le lancement de nouvelles activités de production en s'assurant que les Changements Significatifs sont en parfaite conformité avec les exigences. Comprendre les enjeux de ses Changements et supporter le business à se mettre en conformité pour démarrer les activités de production. Etes-vous notre futur talent ? Sur ce poste, vous disposez d'autonomie pour mener à bien vos activités : Vous êtes  Ingénieur Qualité Aéronautique, de formation grandes écoles ou universités. Vous possédez à minima 3 ans d’expérience en qualité production. Vous avez de solides connaissances sur les processus de production et qualité Airbus. Vous savez utiliser les méthodologies d’analyse de cause racine (PPS, 8D, …) Vous êtes familier avec Airbus BMS, l’ABP . Une connaissance basique des exigences de l’EASA relatives au POA serait un plus.
