Job Description: Zur Unterstützung im ARP Programm, sucht Airbus Operations eine(n) Werkstudent(in) für das ARP (Airbus Resources Planning) Program (d/m/w) Du bist ein Vollzeitstudent auf der Suche nach einer Werkstudentenstelle? Standort: Hamburg Start: Ab sofort Dauer: 12 Monate Bei uns erhältst du ein tarifliches Entgelt je nach Tätigkeit von mindestens 18,53€ pro Stunde. Hinzu kommen Sonderzahlungen wie beispielsweise Urlaubsgeld. Dein Standort: Hamburg Finkenwerder Du arbeitest in der größten Produktionsstätte für zivile Flugzeuge in Hamburg. Durch die Lage am südlichen Elbufer besteht die Möglichkeit, mit der Fähre zu pendeln. Erlebe in deiner Freizeit das besondere Flair Hamburgs, wo pulsierende Weltstadtkultur auf nautisches Erbe trifft. Finkenwerder ​Ihr fragt euch, wie ihr eigentlich von der Uni zu Airbus kommt? Deine Werkstudentenstelle befindet sich auf dem Werk in Finkenwerder und du kannst vormittags und ab mittags mit der Fähre von Teufelsbrück zum Airbus Fähranleger und zurück zur Uni fahren. Alternativ nimmst du die Fähre bis Finkenwerder und fährst dann ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Haupteingang. ​ Deine Vorteile Attraktive Vergütung und ausgeglichene Work-Life-Balance bei einer 18-Stunden-Woche (Gleitzeit). Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Kenntnisse über die verfügbaren Methoden und Instrumente des Projektmanagements. Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Workshops Unterstützung bei der Definition und Bereitstellung von Informationen für das Onboarding von Mitarbeitern sowie der Weiterentwicklung, Planung von Schulungen und Awareness Sessions Sicherstellung der Dokumentationen zum Arbeits-und Gesundheitsschutz für die Teams und Nachverfolgung Implementierung geeigneter Change Management Techniken während der Umsetzung von Improvement Plänen umzusetzen Identifizierung der betroffenen Gruppen, um mögliche Widerstände bei der Einführung neuer Arbeitsweisen zu antizipieren. Überwachung des Fortschritts der Maßnahmen und Ermittlung, wo mehr Unterstützung erforderlich ist. Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent z.B. im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung oder ähnliche Studiengänge. anfängliche Kenntnisse im Google Workspace und Gemini.
