Standort: Bremen Start: Ab sofort Dauer: 6 Monate Hintergrund Die Abteilung "Fire Protection" bei Airbus in Bremen ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung der aktiven „Fire Protection Systeme“ in allen kommerziellen Flugzeug-Programmen. Da ein unentdeckter Brand im Frachtraum zu einem katastrophalen Ereignis führen kann, sind die Sicherheits- und Zuverlässigkeitsanforderungen hoch. So muss jedes erdenkliche Feuer im Laderaum eines Flugzeuges binnen 60 Sekunden detektiert werden und im Cockpit einen Alarm auslösen. Nach Erhalt eines Rauchalarms im Cockpit erfolgt die schnellstmögliche Landung, d.h. eine Umleitung zum nächstgelegenen Flughafen und der Evakuierung der Passagiere. Um Flugzeuge zukünftig noch sicherer zu machen, werden neue Methoden entwickelt, um die Rauchausbreitung und Feuerdetektion mit Hilfe numerischer Modellierung noch schneller und genauer vorhersagen zu können.  Ziele Im Praktikum sollen Messversuche zur Rauchdetektion im Airbus Brandlabor durchgeführt werden. Der Fokus liegt auf der Messung von Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten und Stoffkonzentrationen in einem aufsteigenden Rauchstrahl eines zertifizierten Flugtest-Rauchgenerators. Die Arbeit umfasst die Planung der Tests, die Anpassung des Prüfstands und die Durchführung der Versuche sowie die abschließende Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse.  Dein Standort Bremen ist eine charmante, geschichtsträchtige Stadt im Nordwesten von Deutschland.
