Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IT Digital Workplace Operations Specialist - IP Telephony systems to join our Digital Workplace - Collaboration Services Department based in Marignane , France. You’ll manage everything from "Build to Run" for our IP Telephony and conferencing suites. In this role, your mission and impact will be multifaceted: Tech Ownership & Innovation: - End-to-End Lifecycle: You’ll lead the "Build to Run" journey for our IP Telephony and on-prem conferencing suites, ensuring new features move smoothly from the lab to our global users - Continuous Evolution: You aren't just maintaining tools; you’re evolving them. You’ll work with Architects and Product Managers to evaluate emerging tech and pitch ideas that define our future service roadmap. Operational Excellence: - Performance Architect: You’ll manage the global health of IPT and on-premise Web Conferencing services ensuring incident solving and request completion. - Agile Collaboration: Join our PI Planning with Airbus Group and product routines to keep our Kanban flow moving. You will support our Restricted Collaboration Product Manager. - Incident Strike-Team: When major incidents arise, you’ll lead the resolution process, bringing together the right experts to solve problems fast and prevent them from happening again. Strategic Partnership: - User Empowerment: Work with Change Managers to translate complex tech into "human-friendly" guides for our VIPs and stakeholders. - The "Shift Right" Mentor: Collaborate daily with our Service Desk to share knowledge, ensuring they are empowered to support users confidently. - Architecture Partner: Support our Lead Architect in building robust system dossiers and testing the next generation of collaboration technology. Your profile: At least 3 years of experience in IT service management or as an IT product manager. Technical knowledge of IPT or Network is required. Transnational IT supplier Management. Practical Problem Solving. ITIL basics. Service Now IT operational usage skills would be greatly appreciated. English and French language negotiation level, some German or Spanish skills would be appreciated. Open-minded, self-awareness, transparency, and welcome feedback will be highly appreciated skills. Ability to progress in a complex environment working with Donauwörth/Marignane/albacete sites and all the divisions is mandatory.   Your working environment: Major economic hub with Marseille-Provence Airport, Marignane is a dynamic city in the southeast of France.
