Job Description: Deine Aufgaben: Projektleitung bei Projekten mittlerer Komplexität und/oder Größe gemäß den Zeit-, Qualitäts-, und Kostenvorgaben Einrichten, Planen und Steuern von Projekten sowie das Führen von Projektmitarbeitern Projektstrukturen festlegen, Struktur- und Terminpläne anhand vertraglicher Vorgaben erstellen und abstimmen Arbeitspakete festlegen (z.B. Festlegung des Leistungsumfangs, Abgrenzung der Leistungen, Termine definieren) Projektbeteiligte festlegen nach Rücksprache mit den Führungskräften, Termine und Leistungen mit Vertragspartnern vereinbaren, Management von Angeboten mittlerer Komplexität und / oder Größe, einschließlich der Fähigkeit zur inhaltlichen Arbeit an Angeboten im Bereich Cyber Security Consulting Fähigkeit, die technischen und nicht-technischen Anforderungen und Fragen des Kunden zu verstehen und dementsprechend Angebote auszuarbeiten Zusammenstellung, Einsatz und Leitung des Angebotsteams  Erarbeitung und Einhaltung eines korrekten Zeitplans und Vereinbarung von Angebotsressourcen mit den zuständigen Verantwortlichen Erstellung und Anpassung von Kalkulationen Übernahme von funktionalen und / oder projektbezogenen Aufgaben in Projekten,  Erstellung Dokumentation und Präsentation der Arbeitsergebnisse, Projektcontrolling einrichten und durchführen, Verantwortung für effektives Change- und Claim-Management, Verantwortung für Risiko- und Opportunity-Management, Effektive Organisation der Projektadministration, einschließlich Übernahme von PMO-Tätigkeiten Sales-Support: Unterstützung von Sales bei der Akquisition von Folgeprojekten und Upselling-Aktivitäten inkl. Kundenkontakten Deine Qualifikation: ​ Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch ein einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Studium mit einer bis zu 4-jährigen Regelstudiendauer im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Studiengänge  und darauf bezogene erweiterte fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender besonders umfangreicher fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation erworben werden. Die insgesamt erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen können auf andere Weise erlangt worden sein Erweiterte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den oben genannten Aufgabenbereichen bevorzugt im Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsumfeld Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement Erweiterte Erfahrung im Aufbau von Projektcontrolling und Erzeugung von Proforma-Rechnungen, Erstellung von Angeboten, Aufzeigen und Abbau von Compliance-Verstößen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch wünschenswert Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Proaktive, praxisorientierte und kreative Problemlösung Mentalität Zielgerichtetes Organisationsvermögen und Engagement Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland Unser Standort: Dein Arbeitsort kann auf Wunsch auch flexibel zwischen unseren Standorten innerhalb Deutschlands festgelegt werden, soweit das Unternehmen zustimmt.
