Job Description: In order to support Space Digital Quality team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Program Quality Manager (d/f/m). Desired skills and qualifications Education: University degree (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. Experience: Proven track record in Program/Project Management, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Software Development (SW) environments. Quality Expertise: Practical experience in Quality Management (ideally SW Quality) and familiarity with auditing processes. Standards & Frameworks: Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 or EN 9100. Familiarity with AQAP 2000 series, CMMI, or V-Model frameworks is highly valued. Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative spirit for international teamwork.
