Job Description: Diese Position ist Teil unserer Safety Business Unit, die sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, sicherere, umweltfreundlichere und inklusivere Industrie- und Verkehrssysteme zu ermöglichen. Aufgabenbeschreibung: Engineering & Konfigurationsmanagement: Eigenverantwortliche Definition von Priorität, Gültigkeit und Detaillierungsgrad von Service Bulletins (SB). Analyse der Auswirkungen auf die gesamte technische Flottendokumentation (z. B. AMM, IPC, AFM) Schnittstellenmanagement & Koordination: Aktive Steuerung und Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen wie System-Engineering (SDR), Airworthiness (Zulassung), Logistik und Customer Support (PSO), um technische Korrektheit und Umsetzbarkeit sicherzustellen Vertretung in Fachgremien: Repräsentation der Kundensicht und der technischen Publikation in Entscheidungsrunden wie Change Control Boards (CCB) oder Technical Review Boards Datenanalyse & Content-Erstellung: Akquise und technische Bewertung von Quelldaten. Erstellung präziser technischer Anweisungen in XML/SGML unter strikter Anwendung des Luftfahrtstandards S1000D sowie Simplified Technical English (STE100) Visualisierung: Spezifikation und Beauftragung von technischen Illustrationen sowie deren Integration in den Publikationskontext Qualitätssicherung & Lifecycle-Management: Leitung des internen Review-Cycles, Einarbeitung von Feedback sowie kontinuierliche Pflege und Revision bestehender SBs bei technischen Änderungen oder behördlichen Auflagen Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess (KVP): Auswertung von Kundenfeedback zur Optimierung der Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Sicherheit der Dokumentation Projektarbeit: Übernahme von funktionalen Sonderaufgaben und eigenständige Präsentation von Arbeitsergebnissen in Projektmeetings Erforderliche Qualifikationen Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch ein einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Studium mit einer bis zu 4-jährigen Regelstudiendauer im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, Flugzeugbau, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender besonders umfangreicher fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation erworben werden. Die insgesamt erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen können auf andere Weise erlangt worden sein Erfahrung & Kompetenzen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den oben genannten Aufgabenbereichen Gute Kenntnisse der Systeme von Drehflüglern. Erfahrung im Bereich Drehflügler/Luftfahrzeugwartung oder -produktion wünschenswert Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich technische Dokumentation, idealerweise in der Luftfahrt Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung technischer Dokumentation, idealerweise nach AECMA/ASD S1000D. Sicherer Umgang mit XML-Editoren (z. B. Arbortext) Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit AECMA / ASD Standard (insbesondere S1000D) Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich der luftfahrtspezifischen Publikationen (SB, AMM, IPC, FHM) Kenntnisse von SGML/XML und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken (z.B. CMS) Gute ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Kenntnisse Analytische Fähigkeiten. Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zeichnungen und Änderungsmitteilungen (Engineering Orders) schnell zu durchdringen und in einfache Arbeitsanweisungen zu übersetzen Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt hinsichtlich der Flugsicherheit (Airworthiness) und rechtlicher Compliance Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, selbständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Belastbarkeit Deutsch & Englisch: Verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich).
